RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you sleeping better and your teeth protected. If that doesn't happen, we'll make it right.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Try your Soetslaap night guard for up to 30 days from the day it's delivered. Most people need around 3 nights to get used to wearing a guard, so give it a fair try and adjust the fit with the screw.

If you're still not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll refund you.

How to claim:
- Email us on laapit7@gmial.com
- Include your order number and a photo of your night guard
- Tell us briefly what didn't work for you. It helps us improve, and sometimes we can fix a fit problem in two minutes.

For hygiene reasons, please do NOT send used night guards back. Once your claim is approved, you keep or throw away the guard. No return shipping needed.

The guarantee covers one claim per customer and household. We may decline claims that are clearly abusing the guarantee (for example, repeated claims on new orders).

2. CHANGED YOUR MIND BEFORE USING IT (COOLING-OFF)
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you return the product unused and in its original packaging, we'll refund the full amount you paid. In this case, you pay the cost of sending the product back to us.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by this policy. If a product develops a defect within 6 months of delivery through normal use, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

4. HOW YOU GET YOUR REFUND
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to reflect, depending on your bank.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
