SHIPPING POLICY

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

2. COST
Delivery is FREE on all orders.

3. HOW LONG IT TAKES
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment.
- Delivery: 8 to 14 business days after processing.

Your Soetslaap night guard ships from our international fulfilment partner straight to your door. That's how we keep the price far below a dentist-made guard.

Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, peak seasons and courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

4. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to start showing updates. That's normal.

5. CUSTOMS AND EXTRA FEES
You won't pay anything extra on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for a customs or delivery fee on a Soetslaap order, don't pay it. Contact us first and we'll sort it out.

6. LATE OR LOST PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of payment, contact us. We'll investigate with the courier and, if it's lost, send you a new one or refund you in full.

7. WRONG ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. We can change it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
