Will it fit my mouth?
It's made to fit most adult mouths, and the adjustment screw lets you set how far forward the lower tray sits, so you can fine-tune it until it feels right.
How long does it take to get used to?
Give it about three nights. The free 3-Night Break-In Guide takes you through it: wear it for an hour on night one, until you fall asleep on night two, and all night on night three. A little jaw or tooth tenderness in the morning is common at first and usually fades soon after you take it out.
Is it safe to wear every night?
It's made for nightly use. Make small adjustments and only move the lower tray forward as far as feels comfortable. Check with your dentist first if you have jaw joint (TMJ) pain, loose teeth, gum disease, implants or braces, and stop wearing it if you get pain that doesn't go away.
It's not a treatment for sleep apnea. If you gasp or stop breathing in your sleep, see a doctor.
